Emmanuelle Riva, "Amour" - even though I thought the movie was too long and drawn out, she did show the slow descent of a stroke
Quvenzhané Wallis, "Beasts of the Southern Wild" - she basically just played her 6yo self, but deserves some credit for dealing with that director and the hell she went though filming that movie

"Lincoln"- at times frustrating to watch until Lincoln speaks, but maybe that was the point
"Les Miserables" - best musical of the past few years
"Life of Pi" - most beautiful movie
"Amour" - most depressing movie (if they only shaved off 30 mins)
"Django Unchained" - I might have said this was best picture (until I saw the last 30 mins)
"Argo" - OK I was only 5 what it happened, but the reenactments seemed spot on
